Composition: Chlorpyriphos 50% EC

Multiplex Border-50 is a broad-spectrum organophosphate insecticide with contact, stomach, and fumigant action. It is a non-systemic insecticide that effectively controls both foliar and soil-dwelling pests. It is recommended for managing termites, stem borers, shoot and fruit borers, leaf rollers, bollworms, whiteflies, aphids, diamondback moth, root grubs, and leaf hoppers in a wide range of crops. A key advantage is its strong fumigant action, which helps control internal borers and soil insects.

 

Best Stage to Use:
Early to active pest infestation stages, especially when stem borer, leaf roller or gall midge is observed in paddy.
Recommended Application Time:
Apply at 5–10 kg per acre as recommended, based on pest incidence and crop stage.
Expected Results Time:
Helps control target insect pests after application by contact and stomach action, reducing pest activity and crop damage.
Effect Duration:
Provides continued pest protection when used as recommended and helps maintain healthier crop growth.
