Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2 working days.
Most orders are delivered within 2–6 working days from the date of purchased and order confirmation, depending on location and courier service timelines.
Order tracking details are shared once the shipment is dispatched.

Return Policy for Plants

Returns on live plants are not accepted.

Due to the fragile nature of live plants and the stress caused by return transit, we do not process plant returns. However, we ensure that every plant is shipped in healthy and secure condition.

Plants may appear slightly dull due to transit stress. With proper sunlight, watering, and care, they typically recover naturally.

If you receive a plant in unsatisfactory condition, please contact our support team for assistance.

Return Policy for Non-Plant Products

Returns are accepted for non-plant products if they arrive damaged or defective.

We accept returns or exchanges on unused and unopened non-plant products within 15 days of purchase.

To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team with relevant order details.

Self-Return Policy (Customer-Initiated Returns)

If you are not satisfied with a non-plant product, you may self-return the item within 7 days from the delivery date.

Once the product is received and verified:

• A replacement will be issued, or
• A refund will be processed to the original payment method

Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
